A helpful directory of antenatal classes dedicated to waterbirth. These classes (or workshops) will help you to get the most out of your waterbirth experience, will give you the opportunity to see a pool set up and also answer any questions you or your birthing partner may have.

Colchester workshops

Ruth is an NCT antenatal teacher who provides workshops for parents-to be in the Colchester area of Essex on a regular basis.

The NCT website provides up to date scheduling of these classes. 

Andover workshops
