Returns Policy
We want to support you in your birth choice and recognise that things do not always turn out in the way you hope. Our refund policy is designed to minimise your costs and risks and is as follows:
In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we will give a full refund for the product value of your purchase provided that the items inside the box are unopened and unused and received by us undamaged in transit. Please take care when packing and sealing the carton or other container.
Note that if you purchased your birth pool in a box from one of our dealers, their returns policy applies. Refer to their documentation or contact them directly.
We recommend one of 2 methods for returning items to us:
- Take it to your Post Office and ship by Standard Parcels with a signature. This takes 2-5 working days and costs £13-14 for a birth pool in a box.
- Book a parcel carrier collection through a broker such as Interparcel or Parcel2Go. This is cheaper for returns from mainland England & Wales than Royal Mail/ParcelForce but you have to wait in for the collection. You will also have to print an address or consignment label to fix onto the package.
We are not able to give a refund if we do not receive the returned product or do not know who it is from. Therefore we recommend that you use a service that requires a signature, e.g. Recorded Delivery and write your name on the parcel. Refunds will be issued by the same method as initial payment within 5 working days of receipt. If you card has expired, we will issue a cheque instead.
