Orders are accepted from the following countries:

For Netherlands & Belgium please order from our local partner Oerbron.

For Germany, Austria, Switzerland please order from our partner YOOBABY.de.

For USA and Mexico, please order from Cascade Healthcare.

For Canada, please order from Choices Childbirth Services.

For Australia and New Zealand, please order from Simply Birth.

We cannot ship birth pool in a box by air because the materials used are not stable below -5C.

United Kingdom

All orders for delivery in Great Britain where funds are cleared by 1PM UK time on a business day are depatched the same day except packages under 1kg which are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Recorded within 1 business day.

Note that our parcel carrier for orders over 1kg (2kg Highlands and Islands), DPD, will make a first delivery attempt on the 1st working day after shipping and leave a card if not successful. If you provide a mobile phone number on your order, DPD will text you a 1 hour estimated delivery slot for later that day. You can text back for an alternate day, although this alternate will be your 2nd and final delivery attempt. After 2 attempts, we - and you - will be charged for additional attempts.

Prices and methods for shipping in the UK are determined by weight as follows: 

Delivery on a scheduled day can never be guaranteed, please order several days before you need the items. Deliveries by parcel carrier are between 0800 and 1800 on weekdays. All our deliveries require a signature.

Europe & Channel Islands

Orders outside the United Kingdom are shipped the following business day. We deliver to the following countries in Europe, with prices and methods as follows:

0.001-1.000kg Euro 5.75 Airmail

1.001-2.000kg Euro 11.50 Airmail

2.001-20.000 kg Parcel Carrier as follows:
