The UK Aquanatal Register is a great site run by Susan Tunnacliffe of The Midwifery Centre in Berkshire who practised aquanatal when she was pregnant and has been a great advocator ever since. Use the locator to find your local class. The benefits of using water during pregnancy are similar to those for using water in labour – the release of endorphins will make you feel great and the mobility afforded in water is wonderful in later pregnancy.
