Many customers have asked us about keeping and using their pool for their future births. The Professional pool is our response. This pool is designed for personal use multiple times or for midwives or doulas to loan or provide as part of their service. It is not intended for use in an arms length commercial hiring arrangement. The birth pool in a box Professional pool is our highest specification pool: designed with extra durability and resilience for multiple uses. It is the same shape and size as our Regular Personal pool but has 44% thicker material and a protective second layer on the base. This pool has been proven through extensive use since 2006 by NHS Trusts for multiple births. The Professional pool is designed for up to 20 uses. As with all our pools, the Professional pool meets all applicable Medical Device standards in the EU and USA, carrying the CE mark under the EU Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. It also does not contain nasties or allergens - banned phthalates, cadmium, lead or latex. The disposable liner makes cleaning up a snap. Remember to always use a liner when filling, even for trial runs or relaxation, and a new liner for birth. The Professional pool comes with one disposable liner. The Professional pool is compatible with the Additional Eco Liner for Regular Pool and the Fitted Heat Cover for Regular Pool. Related Products
